Smart Schools Bond Act Projects
NOTICE TO DISTRICT RESIDENTS
A hearing to present information on the Smart Schools Investment Plan will be held on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the Library of the Jr.-Sr. High School Building located at 2045 School Street, North Collins, NY 14111. The public comment period for the Smart Schools Investment Plan will be October 15, 2024 through November 14, 2024. The proposed plan will be posted on this page starting on October 15, 2024.
The Smart Schools Bond Act presentation was first provided to the Board of Education on May 9th 2023 and the two plans for district approval posted on this webpage for public comment. After 30 days of the plans being posted, a public hearing occured where the community provided public comment on the plans before Board of Education final approval and submission to the NYS Education Department.
